Objectives of the University Farm Experiment
Primary Objectives:
- Comparison of different varieties for salt tolerance
- Comparison across different salinity levels
- Irrigation method: furrow irrigation (20 times, every 4–5 days)
- Same fertilizer applied across plots
Secondary Objectives (Winter Season):
- Compare irrigation systems (drip and sprinkler) for wheat, barley, and quinoa.
- Both irrigation and drip systems will be used for the winter experiments.
- Soybeans will be cultivated during the summer season for experimental purposes.
