At the University of Tokyo's Faculty of Agriculture, a meeting was convened at the request of the Japanese project leader, Erina Iwasaki.

Participants included Yoshida, leader of the Oasis Hydrology Group; Hama, leader of the Oasis Agriculture Group; group members Asami and Kurokami; Mizoguchi, leader of the Digital Platform Group; Iwasaki, leader of the Oasis Society Group; and group members Bayan and Fukami. They gathered to review the current progress of the project.
