As part of a survey conducted by the Oasis Society Group, focus group discussions were held in four villages. The project was introduced to the farmers, who were then asked to identify the problems they are currently facing.
The survey team included Dr. Samir Ibrahim al-Gweley from NVU and the NVU team from Moshia Village (Mr. Mafhuz Zwam, Mr. Mohamed Wafy Arafat, and Mr. Mahmoud Zakariya), accompanied by Dr. Adel Shalaby from NARSS, as well as Dr. Erina Iwasaki and Dr. Naoko Fukami from the Japanese side.
