The first on-site survey after obtaining security clearance was conducted by Dr. Erina Iwasaki and Dr. Bayan Saaideh from Sophia University; Dr. Akira Hama and Mr. Kaisei Asami from Chiba University; Dr. Adel Shalaby from NARSS; and the assistant, Mr. Hafez Qura.
They visited New Valley University and carried out field surveys in Dakhla Oasis.
